New Neighborhood Offers Traditional Design

The Overlook, a neighborhood of 70 homes, will be built in the Rivermont area near Chickamauga Dam.

According to the Chattanooga Times Free Press, the development by Pratt & Associates will contain homes of between 1,700 and 3,600 square feet and with an expected price range from about $300,000 to more than $550,000.

The Overlook will feature traditional architectural styles and offer neighborhood amenities including sidewalks on both sides of the streets.
